Elizabeth Shaw
Counselor, LMHC (She/Her)
Welcome to my page! My name is Elizabeth and I specialize in working with teens and young adults who are looking to find peace and tranquility in their lives. I build my practice on the foundation that everyone deserves to find happiness and I approach my work with empathy, a sense of humor and a warm-hearted demeanor. Through my work, I've seen the incredible potential that young people possess, and my goal is to explore strategies that will empower you or your teen to make lasting changes that promote personal growth. I feel strongly that in a safe and nurturing environment, you or your teen can thrive.
My role is to assist you or your teenager in developing the necessary skills and coping mechanisms to navigate life's challenges such as anxiety, depression, familial and relationship issues, as well as stress. I understand that parenting a teenager can be quite the journey, and I'm here to provide you with guidance and support along the way.
Together, we can strengthen your relationships, improve communication, and foster personal growth. We'll navigate the challenges and overwhelm to make your journey more manageable. I'm really excited to work collaboratively with you and I look forward to connecting with you soon!
